Interesting analogy isn't it? If the people working for Karim Mikhail feel compelled to excel or not under his leadership? Of course a lot of times managers surround themselves with people who share the same values and goals. Those outside the "Circle" (Meet the Fokkers) find other employment.

This of course is outside the Upper management "Pleasers". I'm talking the front-line folks.
