Ramfan; I've been pondering about what you said about coaching. We (AZ Cardinals) need a clipboard throwing, yelling, in your face coach. You act too mamby-pamby and players disrespect you. If nationalities have anything to do with coaching, then the temperaments of these coaches below attest to that. I understand genealogy isn't the only factor. It's also environment, parenting and the all knowing word "Kismet" that unmeasurable quality most good coaches have the ability to motivate players. A "mental toughness". A good team reflects a good coach. The word "team chemistry" not only applies to sports, but our workaday world. Think back over one's career and you'd be able to pick out the best boss's. Their the one's you'd work the hardest for, giving it the best you got.
