OK I missed that. My point is just that we shouldn't expect any big, impactful NICE-related news until the end of this year given the CHM / assessment calendar and the assumption that NWBO won't be ready to submit an application before May.

Recall the company discussed at the ASM the affects of bad actors. Perhaps this is factoring into what we are seeing.

Who knows though. That reason could be only one of, oh who knows, let just say, 16,197 reasons that the company is navigating this space so carefully.

I think that’s right. This time, NICE won’t go through additional motions until NWBO makes an evidence submission under the (now) 2022 sta protocol. However, unlike LP, NICE was willing to provide their timeline expectation for next contact. Aka: Early 2023.
