When did NICE indicate that they were expecting an update from NWBO in early '23?

They did say that in reply to a poster who asked them. But they did not say what they expecting.

That said, they are at the point in the process where they will be working towards sending out the meeting invite. They did that in 2018 and then NWBO said they were not ready.,

Sounds like they are not going to spend effort again until NWBO says they will be ready,. If NWBO says they are ready then NICE will have to get all the paperwork together then send out the meeting invite again. After that, and before the meeting, NWBO will have to provide their submission.

Oh, and that is also a ginourmous effort.
