I've thought the same for months.

Every conference call, same chit...stock is undervalued, if we sell Xome, and more stock buy backs.

Its not really undervalued compared to peers if you look at forward estimates...especially when you consider its sordid history, horrible management team and market conditions...I'd say 4 to 5 times last years price is a reasonable range 40 to 50 PPS...which it will probably track between until next election cycle

This is my Last Hurrah and my last stab as to what is going on in this mess we are talking about a "pure interest Play" or Bam of the major model to distribute our inter for the value of our the value of our MBSs.

Bn/Bam "The Arrangement" completed By end of year. Still think we might get a cash payment from the interest for ten years, but maybe will come in a different way or in the new year when they put Humpy Dumpty together again with wmi/COOP/Nationstar etc.

I believe IMO they believe they would fund this business set up by the end of the year, they will set and start earning accounts in the DTCC to our brokers for the next payment date. I do think our first payment in the first Quarter will be 273.2% (KKR)(more than (2.5 X)

Still hoping for the interest paid for the 10 years to be paid by the EOY

When the market constantly ignores the real value of a sub, and it is absolutely not reflected in the PPS of the parent company, but selling this sub would bring in let's say, $1 to $3 billion in cash, which then is on the balance sheet of the parent company and contributes to equity 1:1, or the parent company can buy another profitable company with this money, wouldn't you sell this sub?!?

Pretty sad when a company has to sell a PROFITABLE ARM of its company to make the stock move up, and why since it is CURRENTLY PROFITABLE why is it trading BELOW IT's BOOK VALUE..........You have any ideas as to why
