Maybe the asset is not worth what COOP thinks its worth.

So far coop only recognizes one sub NationStar, not xome. Is that wrong.

Yes if the company needs the cash and believes future monetization will likely be less than today

No if the opposite.

I would pull the ripcord now if I had any say in the matter.
