When the market constantly ignores the real value of a sub, and it is absolutely not reflected in the PPS of the parent company, but selling this sub would bring in let's say, $1 to $3 billion in cash, which then is on the balance sheet of the parent company and contributes to equity 1:1, or the parent company can buy another profitable company with this money, wouldn't you sell this sub?!?
Pretty sad when a company has to sell a PROFITABLE ARM of its company to make the stock move up, and why since it is CURRENTLY PROFITABLE why is it trading BELOW IT's BOOK VALUE..........You have any ideas as to why
