We'll know who's right, hopefully by Tax Date 2023... I do not believe in all that 'Treble Damages' idea that Ron keeps bringing up, But I do believe there were 'Safe Harbored Assets' from which we are supposed to get our "F&R" recoveries...this was brought up by SG/Nelson couple of times and Judge then gagged him from mentioning them...And Dr. A's Expert testimony...so definitely there were Assets 'segregated away'...when/If we retail WaMu Escrow-holders get our "F&R" recoveries from them is the $BB Question...
