Agree but investors had very high expectations regarding JVs, BO and news flow.
The momentum we built after the JA and the lawsuit is fading away and the short sellers/MMs are taking advantage of it.
That’s why LP has to speak up and explain her plans…unless a big news will be announced before the ASM.

One last point. Stupp is not concerned with what the shorts trumpet:

He doesn't worry about the primary endpoint change from PFS. He doesn't worry about data dredging.

He simply highlights what many statisticians would note.
