Thanks Thermo for your fair response.

I remember 5+years ago when our research revealed that inclusion/exclusion criteria COULD prevent meaningful comparisons. Many of the most prolific posters here told me that I was crazy albeit in more "colorful" language.

I found Dr. Stupp's comments to be fair and reasonable, this was not a hit piece.
