LG, I posted about this LBHI Docket on the Lehman board but this was about claims on Lehman, claims which Wells Fargo is selling off to NationStar. How would this have anything to do with what the UWs underwrote for WaMu (presumably for for MBS issued by WaMu)? I would love if somehow this is connected to the UWs 'underwriting claim' for which they got allocated Class 19 stock but I am not able to see any connection.
Windfall here... everyone keeps talking about Class 19 and it would seem that class 22 will be left in the cold. I do have some 19, not a huge amount but enough, however, I have a significant amount of class 22s. Is it to be understood that those 22's will have zero value? The lack of noise with regards to class 22 is deafining.
