It was decided in March of 2017. They could have amended it and updated it to make their allegations. The court was also unequivocal that even if they did it, it does NOT unblind them. Period. Dead issue. Never was an issue. All fake. The failure to update or refile and the fact that the SEC did NOT bite at that story shows that it was all bogus spin. Every column of Adam Feuerstein referenced in that article was a false light spectacle of ultimate nonsense and bogus speculation that harmed the company and shareholders and had absolutely NOTHING to do with shareholder protection. It’s all a scam to defraud investors and the companies and line the pockets of short hedge funds and crooked lawyers who need their business to keep their practices busy.
