Your spin on the IA is false. And again, you’ve never answered my questions. If you had it in the bag, all it took was an amended complaint or the refilling of one… and surely the SEC knew this when they were engaged to investigate… yet NOTHING. False spin.

The Court case was that in 2014 to early 2015 LP asserted no IA had been performed in 2014. And if an IA had been done then, LP's statement were possibly fraudulant.

LP said the first IA would be performed in 2015.

The 2015 IA would not make any of LPs claims false.

For years you used this to insist no IA had been performed. And you were wrong because you fail to understand what the Court case was about.,

So now you make up even more nonsense about a Court case asserting LP lied in 2014 saying anything at all about future years.,
