Hi Maga, You are correct about this the q3 filing being unaudited. Companies do not audit their quarterly filings. They audit the annual financials after year end. I’m not sure why anyone would expect the Q3 financials to be filed as audited. The Q3 numbers will be audited next year when they complete the audit of the 2022 full year financials. The 2022 audit cannot be completed until after 12/31/22.
-Expect the Q3 filings to filed as unaudited. -Expect the 2021 and 2020 filings to be audited (when ready). These are two independent events.
