Lets be clear here for all. The Audited financials would be for Year 2020 and Year 2021 , as it is stated in the Disclosure , where it states

"The Company requires additional time to file the financial statement section of the annual Disclosure"
Statement due to adopting and instituting the suggested changes in the 2021 audit.

If ENZC has audited financials for the Past Two years (2020, 2021) then they can go SEC FILING STANDARDS. Obviously it has nothing to with 2022 as you can not have year audit , UNTIL THE YEAR IS DONE!. Do your DD!
