I'm pretty sure that Generics make more per Script than Vascepa. The wholesale price is almost the same but Generics get the lowest tier. To make up for that (to get customers to pay $9/ month), Amarin offers a savings card where Amarin ends up 'eating' the $150/ month, but Generics don't, since it's already in the lowest tier in most plans.
Wouldn't it be nice if Amarin's drug could also get into that lowest tier so that they wouldn't need to 'eat' that $150/ month and have the insurance (not Amarin) make up that difference?

If they aren't able to negotiate with insurance companies, they need to resign ASAP.
