Invest, you are right that the lawsuit against HealthNet is just not scaring the other insurers into not infringing.
My other question is timing. How long before a verdict in HealthNet case? Even if Amarin won, I assume HealthNet appeals. A total victory then against HealthNet would still require Amarin suing those other insurers if they haven’t immediately stopped their infringing ways. How long is all that going to take.
Someone the other day asked if a judge cannot be found somewhere to place a injunction until the HealthNet case is resolved. Not a legal person so I don’t all the ramifications or possibilities for that to happen. I mean the only patents that were invalidated were Marine. It should be easy to show most of GV sales are not going for the Marine indication.
