Rose, Amarin got screwed by the Patent Court System

and it will of course be also screwed

by the Court System in General

Since all court systems are designed to maximize lawyer costs

and "job security" for the judges

by ongoing appeals to various levels up & down within the judicial system

Not that I am jaded or anything like that ;-)

RMB a while back I posted that the Modus Operandi of BP is to tie AMRN up in endless lawsuits essentially letting the clock run.

BP is ahead, now you simply get riding time and stall until the clock runs out.
