No, it was not a release of data by the company, it was an exception to the embargo and allowed. Just because they had never said they would allow it doesn’t mean they created a new policy. In fact, they never deviated from their original policy at the company.

I did not concede because I don't know if they changed the plan or if events (Covid-19) changed their plan. Regardless the science works and I cannot fault management for what happened.
