It's laughable that some think there needs to be a "shell" designation on the OTCM webpage for it to actually be a shell. It suggests to me that there is a great lack of knowledge with regards to trading here. Not a good place to be in if such a basic understanding is missing.
Aside from that, I find that the OTCM webpages are often outdated, wrong, etc.
Taking at face value everything posted on that site is accurate and up to date is just foolish.
And officially it isn't! You want to throw issues around but can't accept when you are wrong. I agree with the definition, but officially is all that matters.
