Exactly, not true unless official. That form 10 was retracted and did not become effective, so NONE of the information contain therein is fact.

I submitted a form 10 that said I was worth 10 billion dollars. But had to retract it!

Still is that true?

I wasn't wrong. GVSI qualifies as a Shell, based on the SEC and OTCM definition of a shell. I don't care if it is listed as a shell on OTCM, that isn't what anyone was claiming until they moved the goalposts.

It's like if someone moves but doesn't get a new driver's license... Their new address is where they live and their actual address, even if the drivers license lists the old address. The current address is an objective truth, and the drivers license is an indication reflecting that truth... You can't update the driver's license until you can verify that it is your address, then it is updated accordingly.

GVSI is a shell regardless of OTCM designation. It can't be updated on OTCM until they verify that it is a shell, so logically it is a shell first -- then receives shell designation on OTCM second.
