Legal designations matter. Just ask all those NY employees that just got the order in their favor to get their jobs back plus backpay. Those mayors thought they were legally correct also....... We have laws for a reason, and right now, no matter what your definition is, GVSI is not legally a shell. When all filings are acepted, as I said, I have no doubt it will legally be designated as one.
Looks like, in order to win the argument, it's now all about being "OFFICIAL". So, as mentioned before, you're not "OFFICIALLY BORN" until the paperwork says you are (and records get updated) and, also, you're also not "OFFICIALLY DEAD" until the paperwork says you are (and the records get updated).
