People post all the time that no drug has improved scores over any length of time. Look at the study I posted. Its 20+ Mmse scorers.

Placebo effect shouldnt last 48 weeks. No therapy has been shown to improve from baseline anything close to 48 weeks

I am not certain avxl will either since they changed their endpoint.

But i dont think placebo group even on those medications will show improvement from baseline after that amount of time. Even the article you quoted the scores were lower throughout on all after 48 weeks

I just did unless you think ZERO Anavex patients are on concomitant Meds. Is that the case?

You tell us. Does it say so in the clinicaltrial.com website for this Phase 2b/3?

We are comparing to Blarcamesine to placebo. Isn't that correct?
