Placebo effect shouldnt last 48 weeks. No therapy has been shown to improve from baseline anything close to 48 weeks

I am not certain avxl will either since they changed their endpoint.

But i dont think placebo group even on those medications will show improvement from baseline after that amount of time. Even the article you quoted the scores were lower throughout on all after 48 weeks
