The trial was closed to additional accrual after an early interim review. So no, they did not actually collect 5 year survival data on all patients nor would they need to with PFS as their primary measure.
You are continually muddled on the details. As I said, multiple governments have found the results not credible enough to offer to all patients. Personally, I think you offer people the treatment, but there are reasons for the determination that the results were not reliable for the level of expense incurred here, way more than DCVax-L.
And this treatment shows no mechanism that causes death of cancer cells. It SLOWS recurred cancer cells and has no impact on normal cells. Paying $21,000 per month forever seems like it’s more of a palliative than a cure or treatment of the fundamental disease. And it seems like highway robbery.
