From memory, mRNA was extracted from a tumour and amplified and it, along with CD40L mRNA was co-electroporated into patient-derived DCs.

Let us know how this trial turns out in another 10+ years when it gets done with p3.

The deal comes as the companies prepare for a fourth-quarter release of data from KEYNOTE-942. Also, another (again, a KEYNOYTE) trial is ongoing.
