They own the entire thing with a likely approval just ahead, a much better circumstance. They have a factory and advanced technology not just to make the vaccine but stay well ahead of any competition for a long time. Plus that process with the new manufacturing technology gives them a whole new range of process patents to control advancing DC technology for a long time for the areas they choose to go after.
