They own the entire thing with a likely approval just ahead, a much better circumstance. They have a factory and advanced technology not just to make the vaccine but stay well ahead of any competition for a long time. Plus that process with the new manufacturing technology gives them a whole new range of process patents to control advancing DC technology for a long time for the areas they choose to go after.

No, not really bad at all. Forcing them to sell in 2015? When all that noise and false light nonsense erupted? Sounds like we’re hearing what they were fighting, behind the scenes.
