No, I wondered if it’s possible. Why do you need to jump over what I said? It’s also possible Merck is throwing shit at the wall to see what sticks while waiting for a JV with NWBO. $250 million is nothing to Merck and NWBO would never give up anything for only $250 million.
I believe actually it’s likely Merck, if not another BP, would partner with $ to develop trials for other solid tumor indications in return for a % of the profits. Or perhaps that would be a large biotech fund.
In either case Merck’s partnership with Moderna is 10 years out from anything meaningful.
