I would of thought that with 110+ million shares held by insiders, and with a pre-CE lockdown of shares valued at approx. $5 a share, the desire to get this company going would of been far greater than it appears.
We're talking of over a $550 million valuation in the pockets of the principals of this company. If I were to be a major shareholder (I'm not!) with, say, 5 million shares, I'd be hopping mad that my $25 million wasn't going anywhere. All of this with a stupid CE OTCMARKETS has refused to remove despite NDTP lawyers stating that this is NOT a shell as defined under SEC rules.
I'm clearly NOT happy and very frustrated at the lack of progress. It appears we are in the middle of a catch22 with this CE Bull......
