The CE part is historical, pre-NDTP, pre-custodial take over of the abandoned shell days, and there is no excuse for it now, except to block buying of shares. But until it is changed to Pink Current by OTC Markets (only they can do that), it is still also EM Expert market and thus really no different than CE status now days.
The Shell part was a different story, that should have been settled by recent filings.
I am convinced the delay the last 2+ years, was due to the problems the Pandemic caused... We already heard about Hovis's health issues (shit happens). Thus why they had to scramble and replace Hovis and the CEO/director.
Only the major shareholders who control who is the CEO/Director and the current CEO can solve this. They have way more to loose than we do. So lets hope they continue to get us over the finish line.
