The ONLY way to get a recurrent OS arm is post hoc. It was a naive GBM trial, Dr. Liau confirmed the original protocol in 2018. NWBO press release announced the data lock and then months later NWBO announced a change in protocol and not until the TLD was the recurrent GBM OS announced as a treatment arm -- over 19 months after the data lock was announced. That's a post hoc as you get.
