Here is what will probably happen (somewhere close to this order):

1. 10K filing to keep current

2. Super 8k filing:
https://www.legalandcompliance.com/super-8-k/

3. Otcmarkets.com updated with SS, profile, officers and etc.

4. Company PR stating new business direction.

5. At some time there will be a Name Change and Symbol change. Possible FS at this time.


This typically happens with a reverse merger so we wait and see. These are just my opinions. Edgar will be the place to watch since $CSUI is Sec reporting.
