Do you know what is required for a name change? It is a huge process that involves months of back and forth with FINRA and they are notoriously slow. You'll likely see a r/m announced long before any name change happens.

Stayed & staying, as believe if Scott really was going to use this shell at one point for bitcoin mining then...he must be into crypto and he must realize (with this share structure) what a "real crypto" merger could/would do to our share price...

But, why not list this company as "a shell" in filings? Odd...

Cannot be really using for his small real estate empire, could he?  If so, why keep original canabis name? (wouldn't he change it)

Why keep paying big $ to keep SEC reporting?

Why the recent adding of shares? (are they needed for an upcoming merger?)

This stock is a "head scratcher" supreme...

Can a new crypto merger be in the works and is just taking this long?....

I don't know but hopeful we find out soon...

And hopeful that a fellow like Scott shocks the OTC with a multi dollar per share crypto merger...(with our structure wouldn't be much of a market cap)

That would be quite a nice surprise as custodians like Sharp seem to get all the attention (which is ok w me as in all four of Sharp's plays also)....

Thank you. I talked to Scott twice by phone, way back in the beginning, each time for 30-35 minutes. He could not tell me a lot, so I took the opportunity to just get to know him. I gave him a lot of Fatherly Advice too. He’s very humble and kind. I guess that’s why I’m such a believer here. He’s sincere. Came to this country from The Dominican Republic.


Was sent to you a little over a year ago. Don't know if this conversation ever happened or not. This guy and others have been long gone. I wish I had left with them.


Broke. Started with nothing. Zero. I have a lot of respect for him and his work ethic. He’s a worker. That’s all he knows. Very successful guy. I banking that he’s going to be successful here. Probably the biggest deal in his life to date. He wants to hit it big time I’m sure. I’m just going to wait for it. Others may not have the patience. But, to each his own. 48.0 million shares outstanding. Low float. SEC reporting. Ethical guy in control. He loves Bitcoin and Bitcoin Mining. Bitcoin is at $34,000.00 and doing well. It’s a risk, like everything in the OTC. High risk, possible high reward. Thanks again.

Someone with his business acumen always has something in the works. The behind the scenes is always hard to figure out. Form 10 acceptance and name changes can often take 6 months or more each on account of the backlog on FINRA. Some companies are open about the process, while others keep it all behind the curtain. McAlister is still keeping up on his filings, so I am sure there is a plan for this ticker. Things just move incredibly slow at times. The Bitcoin deal gave us the initial upsurge, but clearly that fell through. However, if Scott is thinking this direction, there's likely a deal on the horizon.

Why keep csui name if it's really just for his real estate mini empire

Why keep paying sec reporting fees if not planing to go Big

If bitcoing mining merger was true, then Scott has to realize there is a lot of $ to be made here with the right crypto merger

The Good - Hopefully a merger of merit soon & long term capital gains
