That’s exactly what I’ve said for a month, go back and read my posts. They can do a secondary offering and dilute only 20% and raise a $100.0 million dollars at $10.00 a share. And have still only 50.0 million shares outstanding instead of 40.0 million. 20% dilution, only.

You stated that they show an offering on their homepage. Which homepage? This one?
