Incorrect, KKR has no connection to former Bioamber, we're done. Delaware 4612067 is dead, it can not legally merger with anyone ever. The corporation does not have a signing officer...not that it hasn't been pointed for a ridiculously long time or anything. Ignoring that fact is not going to solve the issue that the Chapter 15 insolvency proceedings were closed, WITHOUT and plan of arrangement being filed with the court.

KKR is behind the control who bought the Bioamber Sarnia plant and put a lot of capital to expand it close to 900M,
