Incorrect, KKR has no connection to former Bioamber, we're done. Delaware 4612067 is dead, it can not legally merger with anyone ever. The corporation does not have a signing officer...not that it hasn't been pointed for a ridiculously long time or anything. Ignoring that fact is not going to solve the issue that the Chapter 15 insolvency proceedings were closed, WITHOUT and plan of arrangement being filed with the court.
Shell high jacking is illegal, unfortunately for you, with the calibre/level of entities involved & the money left owing in debt that's not ever going to happen.... not that it would have anyway ... Sorry.
