His post was a complete fabricated LIE. Not one of them have ever been based in reality. BioAmber is gone and they have been for almost 4 years now. Seriously when has a company in history been liquidated selling off all of its assets, had its BOD resign, had its employees let go, has no money and had its corporate charter revoked only to come back and pay its shareholders anything at all?
