I would think just being better than the SOC would get us a decent SP bump.

A definition of strong response would be helpful in this discussion. How do you define strong response?

If the results are like the PDD trial, that many seem to believe are clearly amazing and don’t apparently see the issue with, then just like PDD needs a P3 trial of a size and design we don’t yet know, then so will AD.

If we get the same results as PDD it is a slam dunk if translated to AD.

But we shall see, first we need results just as good as PDD.

Remember how low the bar is, remember what has been approved before.

A very very large trial with very little efficacy.
