It seems many are making a large assumption, or even taking for granted, that a very strong response overall in the AD P2b/3 will be seen.
I hope for but don’t quite share that assumption, but agree that a very strong topline readout with no ifs or buts should result in accelerated approval.
If the results are like the PDD trial, that many seem to believe are clearly amazing and don’t apparently see the issue with, then just like PDD needs a P3 trial of a size and design we don’t yet know, then so will AD.
Don’t sell the skin until the bear is shot.
