This "opinion" is archived on the SEC site because it helped the SEC understand and revise the rules to prevent such actions by naked shorts!

Let's say my car was left unlocked with the keys in the ignition in a bad neighborhood at night, and the police alerted me and told how to protect it from theft.

So I moved the car to a nicer neighborhood, locked the doors, and took the keys with me.

Would citing the original risk to my car as still being valid AFTER I moved it... be relevant?

Of course not... it would be a FOOLISH statement!

But probably not as foolish as if someone still believed it EVEN AFTER they learned that the car was moved...

That should be amended to:

"All the longs fervently hope that there are hundreds of millions maybe billion + of shares shorted"

Because it is a basic FACT that there is NO indication there are ANY SHORT SHARES in DBMM!

Could there be SOME? Sure. But I don't see the likelihood of even a SINGLE share.

I don't know HOW many times I've scouted out game trails and seen promising signs of game. Tracks, scat, rubs, ect. Trails worn DEEP into the ground. I've waited patiently, camouflaged but in sight of many of those - HUNDREDS upon HUNDREDS of late afternoons and early evenings. The fact of the matter is that yes, there have been game on those trails but just because there's signs there WERE game on it does NOT guarantee that there will be every time.

Same thing here. No one is saying that there is no naked shorting going on. What is being said is that just because it is happening does NOT mean that DBMM is being shorted billions of shares.

Look at various other stock boards of penny stocks. Talk is RAMPANT about the BILLIONS upon BILLIONS of shares being "naked shorted" and how that particular stock will go to "the moon" when the big MOASS happens. Yet 99.9% of the time, it never happens.

Those are the FACTS.

Chances are better than just good that it will be like that here too.
