Yes, you can put the vision out there. Investors buy into it, which creates volume for the stock, which in return allows the company to raise money from investment banks. Investment firms will only invest in a public company if there is consistent volume. Because they need to know they will have liquidity, if there's no volume, no investment firm is investing. So you couldn't be further from the truth. This is the whole point of using a public vehicle to raise capital. If you don't understand that then you just missed the whole point of this.
If you're not going to do that then why would you ever go public as an OTC company? PRs are the first step and a key one to eventually getting someone to write you a large check. Of course, it needs to be paired with an IR team.
