You won’t see that a merger has been canceled because there was never a merger officially announced
with Pangbo…..just second hand photos and videos and write-ups that could have easily been created by individuals with fraudulent intentions. The financials clearly state that a candidate is being sought after which would imply that a merger isn’t in place as of the time of the filings.
