EGOC, Oh ok. I get it now. It's your "opinion" rather than a fact.. It is how you interpreted a standard filing with typical language that legally shows that EGOC is still a shell for the time being.. I don't know how one could conclude that "the merger is cancelled" based upon that.. but to each their own. I will quit looking for evidence to support your assumptions now that you have clarified that it's just your opinion or assumption.. You did state it as a fact rather than a feeling or assumption or opinion etc. So I can see why your statement caused such a ruckus.
