HD Digital Preferred Plan: 230+ Channels
Premiums: HBO, Sports Tier, Showtime, EPIX

I'd be below $70/mo without those channel premiums.

Internet 5 Plan Download speeds: up to 300 Mbps
Upload speeds: up to 10 Mbps

Higher speeds available but this one suits me fine.

I'm really not sure to what you are referring.

AT&T bought HBO, if you have them as a provider you get free HBO Max. I've had it for a couple of years and haven't been charged at all for it.
