T, there is only one problem with your assumptions. The entire continent of Africa produces $7.1B in cannabis, and the joint venture, not ownership, farm you specify is not the only producer in Africa. It seems across the board here peeps are just making up numbers instead of finding out what the real ones are. With those real numbers, then we can figure out what is going on. Wouldn't hurt either to find out why Rsammd got a control block in $TXTM, without any compensation posted to $TXTM.

Nice research trade thanks

Revenues/valuation estimates based off of three available parameters: 1000 hectares farm land, yield of cannabis per acre and price of cannabis per pound. These estimates are derived using these parameters, assuming they hold and are accurate.

A. 1000 hectares of farm land = 2,471 acres (1 hectare = 2.471 acre)

Quote:RSAMMD in Joint Venture with Leeds Boerdery, cultivated hemp and cannabis crops this past season on a combined 1000+ hectacres.

B. Cannabis yield per acre = 1200 kg, based off of the link below.

https://aleafiahealth.com/news-releases/aleafia-health-outdoorcannabis-grow-10300kg/#:~:text=The%20six%20acre%20Zone%201,its%20expanded%203.7%20million%20sq

C. Total harvest = (A X B) 2,471 acres X 1200 kg per acre = 2,471 X 1200 = 2,965,200 kg

Price per pound of cannabis = $1,145 as per the following link.
https://www.cannabisbenchmarks.com/report-category/united-states/

1 kg = 2.204 lb

D. Then price per kg = $2523 ($1,145 X 2.204)

Total revenues = (C X D) = total harvested (in kg) X price (in kg) = 2,965,200 kg X $2523 price/kg = $7.04 billions.

E. Revenues = $7.04 billions per crop.

Also Keep in Mind:

1. It's possible to have two crops per year.
2. a possible expansion to 5000 hectares of farming exists.
3. Normally a multiple of sales to MC is used. Possibly the MC (market valuation) would be higher than the revenue figures.
4. Other valuable assets may be brought into TXTM as per following.

Quote:These plans include adding other valuable assets to the company which complement the core business, and executing on commercializing the proprietary live plant extraction technology as well as deploying our crypto platform, with a TXTM token which we are excited to rollout very soon,” concluded Mr. Du Plooy.

Just my two cents, take it for what it's worth. Always do your own dd/research before you decide on a stock.

Best to all!!
