Revenues/valuation estimates based off of three available parameters: 1000 hectares farm land, yield of cannabis per acre and price of cannabis per pound. These estimates are derived using these parameters, assuming they hold and are accurate.

A. 1000 hectares of farm land = 2,471 acres (1 hectare = 2.471 acre)

B. Cannabis yield per acre = 1200 kg, based off of the link below.

C. Total harvest = (A X B) 2,471 acres X 1200 kg per acre = 2,471 X 1200 = 2,965,200 kg

Price per pound of cannabis = $1,145 as per the following link.

1 kg = 2.204 lb

D. Then price per kg = $2523 ($1,145 X 2.204)

Total revenues = (C X D) = total harvested (in kg) X price (in kg) = 2,965,200 kg X $2523 price/kg = $7.04 billions.

E. Revenues = $7.04 billions per crop.

Also Keep in Mind:

1. It's possible to have two crops per year.
2. a possible expansion to 5000 hectares of farming exists.
3. Normally a multiple of sales to MC is used. Possibly the MC (market valuation) would be higher than the revenue figures.
4. Other valuable assets may be brought into TXTM as per following.
