Two potential errors in the quoted sentence.

1. price per pound = $1,145, not $1,114 as you used.

2. To estimate price/kg, you divided the price/lb by 2.204. Instead you may like to multiply by 2.204.

As you know 1 kg = 2.204 pound

If the price is $1,145/lb, then the price should be $2523/kg (1,145 X 2.204).

Revenues/valuation estimates based off of three available parameters: 1000 hectares farm land, yield of cannabis per acre and price of cannabis per pound. These estimates are derived using these parameters, assuming they hold and are accurate.

A. 1000 hectares of farm land = 2,471 acres (1 hectare = 2.471 acre)

Also Keep in Mind:

1. It's possible to have two crops per year.
2. a possible expansion to 5000 hectares of farming exists.
3. Normally a multiple of sales to MC is used. Possibly the MC (market valuation) would be higher than the revenue figures.
4. Other valuable assets may be brought into TXTM as per following.
