My bigger worry is ASCO will come and go like every year and then every one will start talking about SNO

there is a bigger chance that AF will write a positive piece than that we will be featured in NEJM. I think people need to arm themselves with a lot more patience than they can imagine.
And it means nothing .. the only thing that can change SP is an approval ...
