My belief is that the pps will be held down by those that want to kill NWBO at all costs, and the only thing that will change that is either buyout, partnership, JV, or licensing agreement...

My point being NWBO will be pushed down as long as they are going it alone... as soon as they bring on a BP, it will all go away...
